All orders are usually shipped within 3 to 5 business days. A confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to you once your package has been dispatched.
L’Atelier GIA is using Aramex shipping system within the United Arab Emirates and DHL or UPS for any other destination. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. As our production is very limited due to the exclusivity of the product, we do not enjoy the same benefits as massive retailers on shipping costs. We hope you will understand it.
Please note as well that duties and taxes are not included in the total price at checkout. They will be determined by the customs agency within the destination country. For further details on import taxes and duties, please refer to the shipping company website as communicated in the confirmation email.
When international orders reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. L’Atelier GIA takes no responsibility for any possible duties and taxes which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is made. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer. Please contact your local customs office for further information regarding taxes and duties. L’Atelier GIA cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, missed delivery.
