We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase on this site.
Clients can initiate a return purchased within 5 business days of receiving an order by emailing return@lateliergia.com. Clients are responsible for the cost of shipping for a returned item with a tracking number.
Returned merchandise must be in the original intact packaging with all tags attached and in the same unworn and unwashed condition as when it was delivered. All garments will be inspected upon arrival to confirm the eligibility of the refund. Any marks on the garment such as stain, smell, washing, ironing or crumpling will void the return policy.
The refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow 20-30 business days to process your return. We will reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements.
L’Atelier GIA does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that any returned package is lost, stolen or mishandled.
Orders purchased on a discounted price or part of a special project are non-refundable and not eligible for exchange.
